5 WAYS T0 SELF-CARE
INTRODUCTION:-
Now days we all have a hectic schedule of work and always frustrated, trouble finding any job satisfaction or life satisfaction most of the times. We are getting more and more confused how to be happy. So in order to be happy one has to take care of oneself. So here are some tips of self-care.
TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF:-
Time is the most important factor in our life. We have to manage so many things in a regular basis that we don’t have time for ourselves. But we have to realize for whom we doing so much trouble. The answer is for ourselves and our family and loved ones. So taking some break in between your works and studies actually help you improve your psychological state and also your work performance.
TAKE BREAK FROM SOCIAL MEDIA:-
Now this is very important. In this age of technology we are always connected to a virtual world. So the collision between the real world and virtual world messes up with our mind. I know internet is very important for almost every work which we do today. But if possible try to take a break from social media. Even 2-4 hours break would do too.
EAT REGUlARLY:-
Being healthy is the most important part of self-care. So eat regularly. Eat the food you like. Because belief it or not eating good foods which you love can provide you a psychological pleasure apart from supplies you the strength required for your work.
GET REGULAR SLEEP:-
The best way to give rest to your brain is to catch some regular sleep. The brain works rigorously throughout the day. So it also requires some rest in order to function perfectly. A person who is sleeping feels no pain. So if you want to avoid pain for sometime catch some sleep.
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE:-
Now this is probably the most important part. Surround yourself with supportive people. People who would make you laugh out loud. People who would care for you. People who would give you priority. People who would bring out tears of happiness in your life.
