I WILL WRITE AGAIN

                                                    ~ RAJDEEP DAS

With the inks of pain,
I will write,
Will write, the friend, I have lost......

With the tears of emotions
I will write,
Will write about the paths that are gone.....

I will write,
The toils I have done,
And let you know
the love you have lost.

At the end again,
I will write to say,
I'll no longer be yours.

PRINCE CHARMING

She waited for her perfect prince charming. She hoped he would appear in a white horse and take her to the land of love and happiness, saving her from her own distress. But she wasn't aware of the reality that has dawned on. Everybody has their own selfish desires and if they aren't replenished, you are definitely thrown off. The world that she thought it was all along failed her miserably. So much that she hated the presence of her own shadow in this world. That was when she found her will to fight. She wasn't anymore waiting for someone else to fight her own battle. She was ready and equipped with her sword and shield. She knew that this might bring to her experiences that might make her miserable, but she didn't give up. Riding on her dreams she was galloping on the horse of hope. Rising from the ashes of her own, she stood there much stronger and harder as a person. Much more disdained yet aimed in life. She was finally free off her fantasies that connected her to the prince of her dreams. She was not dependent on anybody anymore and not begging for mercy to anyone. This time she was already well accustomed in taking her little steps in her life- on her own. She knew that her horse of hope wouldn't fail her. She was no more unaccustomed to the not so perfect world anymore. Ironically, she was able to lead her life there, perfectly.

I CAN'T WRITE

                                  ~ RAJDEEP DAS

Sometimes I feel
the ink has dried up,
Sometimes I feel
All the words I had
Got lost to never be found
and the emotions too,
Have finally given up.

Sometimes I feel
the pen got lost,
Sometimes I feel
All the pain I had
Are finally leaving
And my tears too
have given up now.

Sometimes I feel
I can't write,
All my words I have
Are yet to find the light.

Are they growing old that they don’t remember or they am I so unimportant for them?
